Van Conway & Partners ("VCP) is a boutique financial advisory and business consultancy firm with a wide array of service offerings that include capital formation and debt placement, dispute resolution/litigation support, valuation, enterprise improvement, fiduciary, M&A advisory, transactional, and turnaround/restructuring services. VCP was formed in 2016 by Van Conway (prior founder and CEO of Conway Mackenzie) to serve the needs of the US and international middle markets by providing economical, first-class professional services to clients across all industries. We offer our clients deep expertise drawn from more than 40 years as one of the most recognized turnaround and financial advisory professionals in the country supported by the best and brightest talent the industry has to offer.

In 2021, VCP collaborated with Alan C. Young & Associates, to leverage synergies between the two firms, forming a joint venture, The Young Conway Group (“YCG”). YCG is a certified MBE affiliate of VCP and has increased VCP’s talent pool to over 50 professionals. While most of our matters can be staffed in-house by our team of dedicated professionals and experienced independent contractors, we also maintain a number of close relationships with larger firms, so that we can expand our engagement teams as necessary and practicable to fulfill client needs. Drawing upon relationships forged through tried and tested experiences with top-notch professional services firms across North America and beyond, we possess the unique ability to partner up with some of the world’s largest financial advisory, investment banking and law firms, so that no engagement is ever too big, too specialized, or too complex for us to participate in.
