As a licensed attorney whose previous private practice experience was focused on complex business and commercial litigation, Molly provides support services through the lens of a litigator. She also served as general counsel to a corporation, which gives her a unique perspective on the risk and compliance issues her business clients face when pursuing recoveries or defending against claims in litigation. Molly has a broad base of experience with complex business litigation matters, including but not limited to: automotive products liability, class actions, patent / trademark / copyright infringement, trade secrets, unfair competition, franchise, business torts, fraud, tortious interference, contractual claims, real estate tax valuation methodologies, bankruptcy, and a variety of financial transactions. Molly supports her clients at every stage of a contested matter, from early case assessment and strategy to trial. She provides clients with an array of litigation support services, including assessing economic damages and preparing expert witness reports and testimony. In addition to her role at VCP, Molly owns and operates Conway Law Firm PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on complex business and commercial litigation.

Before law school, Molly worked in the medical device industry for a number of years, specifically, in the area of internal audit and regulatory affairs senior management.
Molly earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law Reform, Employment Chair for the Intellectual Property Student Association, and Secretary for the Bankruptcy Law Society. She earned her M.B.A. at John Carroll University cum laude and B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Akron. Molly’s professional affiliations include the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan, American Bar Association, Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, American Society for Quality (CQA holder), Federalist Society, Christian Legal Society, Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Michigan, Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers, Michigan State Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association and Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
