In his role as Managing Director of the Enterprise Improvement group at Van Conway & Partners, Josh Bach is leading innovation on a proprietary hospital enterprise improvement financial platform. He also has a particular focus on improving cash flow for VC&P clients through class action settlement recovery and custom utility expense solutions for the middle market.
Most recently, Bach held a dual role at Pfizer as a Dare To Try Champion with Pfizer Worldwide Innovation and a Therapeutic Account Specialist for the Rare Disease division of Global Innovative Products North America. Bach has navigated multi-million dollar revenue blockbuster medications through launch, growth, maintenance and patent expiration in internal medicine, family medicine, orthopedics, neurology, mental health, pulmonology, podiatry, urology, and rare disease.
Bach earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University where he graduated with honors in economics and marketing, and a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Bach maintains active memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executive, the National Association of Health Service Executives, and the American Marketing Association.
Bach is a member of the Detroit Athletic Club, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Detroit Economic Club, and the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit Class XXXVIII.
